Who is soft play intended for?

Our soft play and toddler bounce house rentals are meant for children that are autistic, special needs and at least 9 months up to 6 years old. Toddler bounce house are small enough to fit indoors and are meant for no more than 5 children at a time. Adult supervision is always required.

Is soft play equipment safe?

At POSH PEANUT & CO. cleanliness and safety are our top priorities. All soft play pieces are made from soft, lightweight materials that are easy for little ones to climb on and carry as they play.

In addition, we only use cleaning products that are free of harsh chemicals and safe for your little darlings. We also inspect each piece prior to loading for delivery and while setting up. This is to ensure that the equipment is ready for play.

How do I book?

All bookings are based upon availability. It is preferred that you book at least 2-3 weeks prior to your event. You may book, as early as, 2-3 months ahead. Bookings cannot be taken within 3 days of your event. To book, please CLICK ON THE BOOK APPOINTMENT TAB ON THE SERVICE PAGE.

What are your deposit & cancellation policies?

A minimum 30% deposit is required in order to secure your date, and will be applied towards your total rental fee. The remaining balance must be paid before set up can begin. A deposit will NOT be reimbursed if the rental is cancelled within 24hrs or less from the day of your event. If the rental is cancelled within 3 days of your event, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. If the rental is cancelled within 7 days of your event, you will be refunded the entire deposit.

How does delivery and pick up work?

Delivery – We will arrive 45 min. to 1 hour prior to your event start time to begin set up. This time is not included in the 4-hour rental. Please ensure that the area is cleared and clean to make set up quick and easy. We will not move any furniture or outdoor equipment.

Pick Up – We will arrive 15-30 minutes after your rental time. Please clear the play space of all guests so that we may begin to pack up as soon as we arrive. We will not pick up after 8pm, therefore, your rental time must fit within our time frame.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is included and free if the event is within 15 miles of Parker, Texas. Beyond that, a custom delivery fee will be charged based on distance.

What do I need to do before set up?

Please ensure that the area is cleared and clean for us to set up. If you would like us to set up outdoors during high temperatures, it must be in a shaded or covered area. This prevents our equipment from getting too hot and keeps your little ones safe. For outdoor rentals, we will only set up on flat, even surfaces. If setting up on grass, please ensure it is dry, cut, and cleared of debris. We will not set up in muddy areas.

Please also secure all pets while we set up and pick up. Pets should not be allowed in the play space at any time during the rental.  

What are your play rules?

1. Only children ages 9 months to 6years old are allowed to climb and play on the soft play equipment and bounce houses. Older children need a separate play area.

2. All shoes must come off before entering the play area. This includes adult shoes. Please keep in mind that heels ruin our play mats and will need to be replaced.

3. None of the following items are allowed in the play area: food, drinks, candy, sharp objects, face paint, glitter, confetti, silly string.

Face paint in particular will ruin our equipment. If any equipment is damaged, it will need to be replaced at values up to $700 depending on the item. Please keep this in mind when considering which services you will book for your event.

4. All rental equipment must remain in the play area at all times. This is for safety of your guests and care of our items. Also, please do not add any personal play items to the area. We are not liable for other peoples’ belongings.

5. HAVE FUN DARLING!!! Above all, enjoy your rental. If you’d like to share any photos of your little ones using our play equipment, we’d love to see them!

Inclement Weather Policy

Unfortunately, if your event is outdoors and there is rain and/or extreme weather conditions (ie. flood, high winds, tornado watch, hail) in the forecast we will have to cancel. All equipment can be set up indoors, as long as you provide the space. We will work with you to reschedule or you may cancel and receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Rain forecast must be less than 30% on the day of your event.
Wind forecast must be less than 20mph on the day of your event.
